My son and his wife went back to Ottawa this week so I can have my studio back now. I was wondering how to ask without appearing to be impatient but my wife brought it up as is time to do another Mother 2B shoot of her daughter. Sometimes the stars are aligned.

I took a couple hours today and went winter shooting. I'm trying to put together a family calendar and I realized I am shy a few seasons. Not surprising since I only returned to serious photography this summer.

In any event I went out to shoot the fountain in Sullivan’s Pond and the ducks, seagulls, and geese were all a bonus. If you read my comment with Winter Water you will know that my timing was bang on today, as just as I was returning to my car the city crew arrived to change the fountain head to the winter nozzle.
